Danny Mac's Pizza In a market that is saturated with pizza places Danny Mac's pizza stands out amongst the crowd. Great pizza, with it's own style. Nice cracker crust, but also fully loaded high w/ toppings. The cheese steaks are excellent as well, definitely one of the better ones in town. Even that has it's own twist in the fact that it's toasted, and served up w/ a side of au jus... The pizza's are made with freshest of ingredients and cheese's around. Great stuff, and would recommend everyone go and enjoy.

Derby Cafe The Derby Cafe is the best dining experience on can have by far while visiting Churchill Downs. It has some of the best lunch dishes in the city. The Derby Cafe's broccoli casserole dish is very rich and creamy and perfect in presentation and taste. The servers are pleasant and attentive to every patrons needs. The Derby Cafe's decor is designed to enhance the history of the Downs itself, and is very elegant. I would recommend eating at the Derby Cafe as a great part of any Churchill Downs experience.

Dittos Grill This Highlands institution offers a diverse menu inside a space reminiscent of an art warehouse. Specialties of the house range from the traditional crab cakes to the inventive Chinese burrito while the majority of dishes reflect the styles of American bistro, Italian influence or Asian inspiration. The versatile venue provides a suitable environment for a wide range of occasions from business lunches to family dinners and from first dates to morning-after brunch.
